DR. LIPNER: It’s very important for me to be able to deliver superior service to our patients. I can really only do that when I have great assistance in the office. And I’m very fortunate for more than 15 years to have had my own personal dental assistant, Janet, working with me. We’re a great team. We’ve reached the point where we barely need to speak to each other when we’re treating patients. She knows what I need, before I need it. And her ability to work with me in the patient’s mouth is just incredible.
