STEVE: I always feel that I’m treated as an individual, and not simply as a patient.

DR. WEISFUSE: We practice in Midtown Manhattan. It is the biggest, toughest, and most impersonal place in the world. The practice that we’ve developed is personal. It’s the kind of place we would want to go to. We want our patients to know that they’re cared for and appreciated. As a matter of fact, we have many patients that have been with us over 25 years. And we’ve enjoyed growing and going through our lives together with them.

MS. VICTORIA FIORELLO: They welcome people into their practice like they’re family, and when they see their schedule in the morning, they look forward to seeing their patients. And they look forward to treatment planning for them.

ELISE: They’re funny. And they’re nice. And I like them a lot. And I always will, probably.

DR. LIPNER: Our practice philosophy is that we try to achieve a maximum result with a minimum amount of treatment. And when we think about a treatment plan for our patients, we look at what would the treatment plan be, if this patient were our mother, or a sister, or a brother, or husband, or wife? And that has led us down the road, to be able to achieve a treatment plan for a patient that’s the best thing for them.

CRAIG: They’re very straightforward, very honest. You’ll get a very objective assessment of what your needs are, and a plan of treatment that you can understand.

DR. WEISFUSE: Our mission is to deliver up-to-date, highest quality dental care in a warm and caring environment.

MUNA: When I hear that people are afraid of coming to the dentist, they certainly haven’t come here. That’s for sure.
